Subject Control for Passenger Removal

Would You Like to Learn a Proven Program For Resolving Passenger Resistance Quickly and Safely?
Let's face it, generalized subject control cannot resolve many of the specific applications that some police units face. That's an obvious truth in all areas; general math cannot proof trigonometry problems.
Mass transit law enforcement is, in the area of subject control, like the special forces of policing. The environments in which they operate and the unrealistic expectations of "perfect performance" are so unique that they require specialized training.
The State of Affairs in Mass Transit Policing is Getting Worse
The current conditions in mass transit policing are like a nightmare of opposing realities:
- More and more passengers seem willing to act out, the causes being yet unclear
- Threats of bad PR are encouraging TA's and municipalities to simply settle, even when false claims are obvious
- Unrealistic expectations of police officer performance are leading to faster and more drastic discipline
- Available training time for most police agencies was significantly diminished in 2020-2021
- Passenger removal and subject control in general have a high decay rate
The Need for simple, reliable, and long-lasting training is more urgent now than at any time.
The Answer: The Fast Resolution Formula
The Fast Resolution Formula is the simple solution for resolving passenger removal quickly, before the situation can spiral out of control.
In our Fast Resolution Course we will teach you to use a small set of techniques in a reliable yet measured way. This formula will allow you to gain an overwhelming advantage quickly so that the situation never has a chance to escalate out of control.
You will leave this course knowing exactly how to both perform and deliver exactly what we teach. It will not be theoretical, and you will never be injured in training. Rest assured, this class will be both fun and rewarding.
What Is This Training About?
What's In It For Me?
Unlike many courses of this type, our training does not involve teaching a large index of techniques. We use simple and safe progressions to slowly and reliably build a small set of capabilities, the end result being dependable outcomes for when you need them most.
Structured
This class will follow a pattern of simple and easy to follow progressions, the exact progressions that you will teach to your officers. When we say Formula, we mean it.
Repeatable
Our bottom line is that you and your officers should be able to perform these techniques against a genuinely resistant subject. That is a bold claim and our students will back it up.
Approvable
Our curriculum has been evaluated at the highest levels for Legal, Medical, and Tactical Soundness. This should be your number one prerequisite when choosing a training provider.
Faq
Yes. A portion of the training is specifically dedicated to showing students exactly how to teach this material. Graduates absolutely enjoy how simple and logical this system is to deliver.
No. To begin with, many students attend our courses simply to expand their own knowledge base and skill set. It would not be fair to bar an officer from attending simply because they aren't an instructor at their agency.
However, we do pride ourselves on delivering a legitimate Instructor Curriculum. This means a curriculum which provides a clear and easily repeatable structure that graduates can follow while teaching at their own agencies.
To be clear, this course is about more than simple Passenger Removal (PR). We believe that training such as PR is a specific application within Subject Control. Our core content, the Force Management System, can be thought of as the Operating System. It is this system which allows for all other applications to run efficiently. It demonstrates how to train your officers in a seamless and logical fashion.
Thus, the first two days of training will consist of establishing this structure. We do this while installing the first section of our standard Subject Control Course, Contact Dominance Level 1. Most of our graduates have told us they actually appreciated the first two days as much or even more than the third, because it gave them a better conceptual understanding of subject control in general, and allowed them to teach purposeful content in their classes.
Day three will consist of delivering the Passenger Removal concepts, tactics, techniques and drills. Once you have the structure, the actual process of passenger removal is rather quite simple.
